THIS SHIPPING POLICY CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MIGHT APPLY TO YOU. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

By placing an order from this Website, you accept and are bound by these terms and conditions. All terms, provisions, and agreements set forth in our Terms of Service are incorporated by reference. If the Terms of Service and these terms are inconsistent, these terms apply.

Shipment Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days Monday through Friday.
  • However, we try to process the same day.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays, but will usually ship the following normal business day.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.
  • If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we may contact you via email or telephone using the contact information you provided when ordering.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates within the USA

  • Shipping charges and timing estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Other options may be available at checkout, but FedEx 2-day or USPS Priority is our most common delivery service for the USA.
  • For larger orders, UPS Ground or similar is the preferred carrier/shipping service.
  • When possible, a tracking number will be provided.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier.
  • Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any failure or delay in shipments.
  • Shipment addresses are based on customer input and we will not be held liable for incorrect shipping information.
  • However, we will always do what we can to help our customers and make sure you are happy and satisfied.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Outside the USA

  • We sell and ship to some other countries outside the USA. Those shipping rates and times vary and will be displayed at checkout when possible.
  • The rates and estimated shipping time must be accepted and paid for at the time of checkout.
  • By completing the checkout process, customers agree to those rates and times, which are provided by the carrier/shipper.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

  • You will receive an order confirmation by email from support@toolboxwidget.com and a separate email providing the shipment confirmation once your order has shipped. For most shippers, that email will also contain your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number is usually active within 24 hours of your order being placed Monday through Friday.
  • You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these terms, all products listed in your order.
  • All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products to you.
  • We may choose not to accept any orders in our sole discretion

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • We are not responsible for paying any customs fees, duties or taxes that may be applied to your order outside the USA.
  • All government fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Prices and Payment Terms

·      All prices posted on this Website are subject to change without notice.

·      The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.

·      Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes.

·      Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling.

·      All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email.

·      We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by us and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.

·      Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order.

 Damages

  • TBW is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • However, we will do everything in our power to help you and make it up to you as we know it was not your fault, nor ours.
  • If your order arrived damaged, please contact us through https://toolboxwidget.com/pages/contact-us.  Let us know what happened and provide pictures and we will determine how we can help.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • You must also file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide us with that claim number.
